Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville are only 1 hour away. Neighborhood quiet hours start at 10pm. Available only in the summer and early fall.

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

While our property does not offer boat rentals, there are several rental options nearby. If you're bringing a boat, you're welcome to park it in the driveway. This unit is the main house of three different cabins that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three homes (all are Airbnb rentals). The house features a gourmet kitchen, massive deck, sun porch, and dock.
