You will have the entire suite to yourself (we live upstairs) which includes a TV, fully furnished kitchen, and access to our beautiful backyard. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We do not allow smokers/smoking.

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

No kitchen but there is coffee, tea, toaster and microwave and a full set of dishes and a mini-fridge. ADA accessible. No check out chores.
