Head the other direction into the neighborhood and walk down streets lined in sycamores and see all the cute houses of Land Park. The cottage is lovely and cozy, the garden a dream, and the kitchen perfect for social cooking and eating.

My name is Chrissy and I’m the host of this fantastic space. My husband and I are passionate about the Sacramento area so we bought a historic home and remodeled it from the ground up. We’re located in Downtown so EVERYTHING is close! We also have gated parking for free! We have really tried to make this a cozy spot for you! We have priced our units to be competitive but upon arrival, we think you will be pleased with some of the extras we supply.

The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away.
