I have stayed here 3 times and each time is lovely. The house is comfortable and clean and the landscape is beautiful. Didn't want to leave.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

We tried to come to Martin and Marcie’s place 5 years ago and couldn’t and now we finally managed it and it was all we expected it to be and more. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and everything as described. The dogs came and said hello and stayed for a little while as well. Sad to go but a fitting finale to our trip to California. We loved staying at John and Debbie's gorgeous loft apartment at their farm. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The horses were such a joy to be around, and it was fun, knowing they were below us in the barn at night. We were made to feel very welcome and are already planning a trip back, This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are frequent travelers.

Comfortable and convenient - was a perfect place to stay while visiting Yosemite. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Melissa’s place was the perfect getaway for our trip to Yosemite. Melissa was always responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions on where to eat and what to do locally and in Yosemite. The animals are very friendly. The cottage itself was cozy, quiet, and a peaceful escape. Highly recommend!

Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is so kind, attentive to the needs of her guests. I am touched by her caring spirit. The cottage will always hold a special place in my heart.

Places like this are why we love Airbnb. The “yurt” style home was unique, the farm was cool to wake up to, and it was located perfectly for a visit to our daughter in Davis.

I love how Sharon communicates with us before and during our stay in her cabin. She is quick to respond and proactive in giving tips on what we can do during our visit. Getting into Yosemite through the Arch Rock Entrance was smooth and easy — staying here turned out to be a great choice! The cabin is in a rural area, so it’s a good idea to bring all the essentials with you ahead of time.

I like the flow and openness of the house. It is so bright because of the high ceiling and big glass windows. The whole house is so clean, has simple but nice furnitures and I love the rugs! I also liked that both floors are all wood . The balcony on the second is the highlight of the house. The mountain view is so spectacular and so peaceful. We spent a lot of time there. The only drawback is the porch outside the kitchen. It would have been used more effectively if there was a bbq grill or a spa.

Dana's loft was super cozy and lovely to stay at! We loved the surprise cider and the animals on the property as well! The room was clean and overall a great experience!

This is my second time at Polly & Jason’s and I already want to go back. I’m not being hyperbolic in saying they are the best hosts I’ve ever had. I hope to come time and time again because the house and location is beyond perfect.

The home has been very tastefully updated - furniture and bedding all looked very new. Setting was indeed on a farm - it's surrounded on two sides by enormous wheat fields and on a third side by a (prune?) orchard. As noted by another reviewer, a walk up the train tracks was very pleasant. (Train tracks across street - we were there 18 hours and didn't see or hear a train). Very responsive host. Kitchen has the basics of everything. About 15 minutes to Davis, and can get to shopping/restaurants in Woodside in 6-8 minutes, but by looking out the windows of the home you think you are deep in the country. Can hear freeway noise from outside house; didn't disturb any of us inside. Our family really enjoyed the spacious family spaces - the dining room that sat 6, the large living room, and the eat in kitchen.

Great location - easy access to the beautiful private beach and walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, and cafe. Loved the coziness of this place! The host was very responsive. We found out that the bathroom sink on 2nd floor was clogged and she was able to send me a handyman almost immediately. I will definitely consider revisiting this place!

We enjoyed our visit here with our two little ones. The property is beautiful and the horses are so pretty. Our kids loved playing outside and visits from Boris the dog. The cottage itself is modern and clean. Josh and Jenna are very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Our only wish is that there was a way to close off the second bedroom. We missed that it only has a privacy wall and no door in the listing description. It wasn’t a huge deal but it did mean we couldn’t use the common area after we put our kids down. But we enjoyed sitting outside on the chairs on the patio at night instead and even had a visit from a large jack rabbit. We definitely would stay here again !

As always, this is our favorite place to stay in the Chico area. The location is easily accessible to our family, restaurants and other amenities that make the farm the perfect place for us. Linda is a great host and we looking to visit soon.

We loved our peaceful getaway! Mai and Andrew shared their beautiful property (including jacuzzi, garden strawberries and up close visits with their horses!). The cabin is enormous, fully stocked, and extremely comfortable. It's a short drive from town, but you will be rewarded with beautiful views and gracious hosts. Thanks Mai and Andrew!

Brandon’s place was so cozy. While it was a bit further than what we were expecting from the activities we had planned, the place was private and beautiful. He was responsive as well, but had clear direction and instructions that no questions came up! I would definitely recommend the cozy cottage - if you like wine, you have LOTS of beautiful vineyards to choose from!

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

A very cute little house with comfortable beds. It was perfect for the four of us. It was nice not to worry about driving anywhere. Close to taste restaurant, the pokerville market, and the fairgrounds for the event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This was the perfect place to relax, enjoy everything we missed about California, and visit family. my kids can't stop talking about the giant rope swing in the yard. Will definitely be returning.
