The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und mit dem Bus (30min)/Auto (20min) ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich der Grünauerhof und das Hotel Königgut! Beide sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Zwei Spielplätze sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Roses Cottage close to the heart of Salzburg

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).
