This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

One self-contained room upstairs + private full Bathroom, kitchenette, living room & 1 private bedroom. Very self-contained & private from the owner's space. Sparkling clean. No separate entry but once you are upstairs you have everything you need. Complementary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottled water and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. We do have dogs in the back yard, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.
