The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
