The home is centrally located near downtown Enterprise. Please note: This is a shared home; however, no living spaces are shared. A locked door separates both sections of the home to ensure complete privacy. Recreational drug use and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property.

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is conveniently located 5 minutes from Fort Rucker and just minutes from the shopping areas and restaurants in Enterprise Alabama. It's packed with amenities to include 3 large TVs and High-speed wireless internet. The kitchen has all the necessities; dinnerware, silverware, knives, pots and pans, toaster, Kurig coffee maker, and more. We pride ourselves in hosting a place that we would want to stay in that has comfortable beds, very clean, and safe.

My place is close to shopping and dining. You’ll love The Sanctuary because of the location, unique design, in house laundry, large bedroom and very comfortable Nectar memory foam mattress. I fully equip the apt with linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, K cups, S&P etc... The gas grill is ready to go. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.
