All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Once you go up 3 stairs from the driveway the entire house is on one floor including the deck. Listed as 3 bedrooms but also includes 3 private bunk rooms for the kids. 6 adults and 6 kids (under 12) make up the 12 guests. Max - no exceptions.

The Reilly Lodge, 20 acres of private property, close to Dollywood. Custom designed home and almost all the woodworking was handcrafted by the owner. Most decor was cut from trees off the property.
