Separater Eingang sowie 50 Schritte von der Postautohaltestelle Kleingümmenen und 10 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Gümmenen entfernt. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Grünen nahe dem beschaulichen Städtchen Laupen und Murten.
