A private outside patio with cushioned seating and shade umbrella await your arrival. This room overlooks a flower garden and towering oak trees. Upgraded with advanced heating and cooling system. One of two rooms in the building. The sofa is not to be used as a bed. Offering free continental breakfast and NO CLEANING FEES

It also includes some shared spaces, including the kitchen, community room, and outdoor spaces.
