The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
