Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

The Lady Grand at Northfield

Comfy, Private, First Floor Appartment. Self Check-In, Parking New England vacation rental within walking distance to our scenic historic main street. Centrally located to bike parks, white water park, numerous skiing and hiking options. In an hour's drive, it is possible to be at the shore, in the mountains or one of our great cities! Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Nestled at the remote base of Mount Kearsarge, with unobstructed views of Ragged Mountain, this location affords year-round adventure on the protected south shore of Bradley Lake. Five minutes from Proctor Academy, 90 minutes from Boston. This retreat mixes ample amenities and high-speed internet with outdoor adventure!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Including a 3/4 bathroom, and well sized kitchenette. Oh and of course the Hot Tub right outside your door. The cabin is about 30 minutes from mountains and lakes for all of you outdoor recreation wants. Also only minutes to dining and shopping.

The house is a short, two-minute walk to Proctor Academy and is ideal for anyone visiting the school or surrounding attractions.
