This beautiful home is perfect for groups, sports teams, business travelers, retreats and families with kids. 12 beds can accommodate 18 people. Located near downtown Spokane, you will enjoy expansive views, a new hot tub, a media room with an 85 in TV and a brand new game room. You will enjoy well appointed bedrooms with most being en suite. Extensive decks and patios allow enjoyment of the private outdoor setting. All of this and 5 min to downtown, Gonzaga, the Podium and the hospitals.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

We are 3 miles from Gonzaga University and 5 miles from Whitworth University. Our home features cozy a living room with fireplace, a TV/game room with queen bunkbed, outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, and BBQ. We are just a short walking distance to Audobon Park, local restaurants, and breweries. Come enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest with us!
