But no cooking.

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.

We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
