Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two off street parking spots. This large 14X20 room plus bathroom is for non-smoking guests. Windows with wooded views and a private entrance. Also a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, WiFi, microwave oven (behind a cabinet door), electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator, hot plate, bar sink, large TV (with over 250 channels), DVD player, and off street parking. Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.
