The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer.
