The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. A full size bed with quality linens and a (removable upon request) 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh towels.

This is an absolute gem of a getaway house!! Enjoy a 1,000 sq ft guest house on a beautifully landscaped 2.5 acres nestled within its own private gate. Once home, enjoy the amenities which includes a full chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer and gas fireplace in the common living area. The room with the king bed is a Cal king Purple mattress.
