The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.
