Your getaway to enjoy all Melbourne has to offer. Close to the airport, downtown, Indian River, and 8 minutes to the beautiful pristine Melbourne beaches. New home with luxurious comforts like a Purple queen mattress, Lazy Boy reclining sofas, soaking tub, and full kitchen. Grill out in the backyard with lots of parking. We offer a dedicated workspace in the third bedroom with AT&T fiber Internet. Grill, beach chairs, bodyboards, and bikes are all available for you to better enjoy your stay.

Relax with the whole family in our fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this clean and comfortable space makes you feel right at home. Enjoy a fun game room in the garage and a spacious backyard perfect for kids and dogs. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, especially when using outdoor areas. Riverview with Dock Pets Welcome Fenced Yard

Enjoy peace, serenity and an amazing view of the river from this vintage two bedroom 1 bath 1940’s home. Cozy and rustic, yet updated with central A/C and fast internet. A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

Pelican's Perch in Downtown EGAD

Stay in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a private heated pool in the heart of Downtown Eau Gallie, just 5 minutes from Downtown Melbourne and 5 minutes from the beach. Our bohemian-inspired decor gives the house a relaxing Florida vibe. There are board games, foosball, a hammock, and ambient lights for a fun and relaxing stay. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for adults and kids alike, with plenty of space to lounge indoors and outdoors. Pool Heater is available for a small fee.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Built in 1937, this historic home still has plenty of charm, but everything in this two bedroom, one bathroom house was renovated in January, 2022: New floors, glass shower, butcher block countertops, appliances, and furniture! Located on quiet, conveniently located Riverview Drive (east of US1), everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer is just a short walk away.
