Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. Fira town is only 20 minutes walking down plus that the path that you take to reach the town, is on the cliff side from where you can enjoy magnificent Caldera views! Mini markets , grocery shops, a bakery and some restaurants are just 7 - 10 min by foot from the house.

Our new Private cave house is renovated in 2017 and decorated by our interior designers with great taste and elegance, relaxing colours and romantic details. It has a double bedroom with an king size, built , double bed, and a loft with a double wooden bed , a large comfortable living room with one built sofa bed and a table with four chairs . There is an LCD cable TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a built shower place.
