Our place is 2 miles to Warrenton, 6 miles to Round Top, and 8 miles to Fayetteville. We are close to the Antique Fair, the Independence Wine Trail, and the Bluebonnet Wine Trail. The cottage is built like a duplex, and there is a permanent resident on one side. The cottage is located on a working farm and winery. It is a private unit. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travelers. It is not ideal for children because of the traffic generated by the winery.

We love tree and bird houses. So we built this lovely cottage up high among the oaks and elms and designed it to look like a bird house. With the verdant landscape, it feels like a tree house. It is located just 5 minutes from Round Top center. Listen to the rustling leaves and owls as you sleep in the romantic loft. Have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the creek.
