Ancak isterseniz 3 kişi kalabilirsiniz. Bu daire 3 katlı binanın en üst katındadır. Dairede alarm sistemi mevcuttur. Daire toplam 45 metrekare civarındadır. Bütün malzemeler yenidir. Vodina caddesine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Bir double yatak ve bir çekyat bulunmaktadır.

This is a small studio in residential part of Balat, ideal for a single occupant. It offers the safety of a residential neighbourhood, a private bathroom & kitchenette. It's equipped with wifi, minifridge, kettle & microwave. The flat is on the ground floor of a wooden historic house so smoking, cooking, candling and any forms of fire is prohibited due to safety regulations. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that also offer delivery.

A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.
