This is our 70sqm newly renovated and refurbished apartment. Our bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has an open plan kitchen and dining space with a sofa bed that sleeps two. It has a spacious veranda and outdoor seating area and also offers peace and tranquility as it is high up on the 5th floor. We love our vibrant area with its many cafes restaurants and bars, the Archaelogical museum within a 6 minute walking distance and 11 minutes to Omonoia square metro station.

The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use.
