Large, gated private driveway, EV charger & outside patio. Ideal base for walking & touring the Cotswolds (car or foot). Ground floor annexe of family home. Private entrance. One dog welcome.

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Recently renovated but still has the charm of a old cottage, with an opened planned living space, this 2 bedroom cottage is perfectly located within easy reach of some of the Cotswold's prettiest villages and towns. Within easy reach of both Broadway and Chipping Campden and only 30 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon. Home from home experience awaits. A well behaved dog is welcome

The Old Piggery a luxurious one bedroom conversion

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Full of charm and character, they are light, comfortable, contemporary spaces, finished and equipped to a very high standard. Can be booked separately or for larger groups of up to 10 people. Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
