Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment is just 2 minutes walk to Excel centre. It is newly decorated, boasts a modern look and feel throughout the apartment. The apartment gets lots of natural light, directly overlooks the river with the view of the O2 Arena. The Emirates cable car is only a couple of minutes away, and gets you to the O2 Arena in 10 minutes. Our place is perfect for professionals attending exhibitions at the Excel and events at the O2, families and tourists in London.

The apartment is the perfect location for anyone attending an event or exhibition at the Excel centre which is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment building. There are numerous local shops and restaurants to enjoy. The area is calm and quiet for a good night's sleep. You can reach the O2 Arena, through a short walk along the docks and taking the Emirates cable car over the river (10 mins ride), a must see for visitors!

  • If you want a home away from home you have come to the right place! The place is so convenient. Train is 5 mins walk, Tesco mini supermarket is 4 mins walk. You have a big lake view and perfect for a morning walk! TV with many channels and Netflix with kids channels. The place is spacious- we were a family of 5 and fitted very easily with plenty space to spare. We are definitely coming back. Thank you Adeel and staff for putting a smile to our face 🙏🙏🙏

    An Ideal short term accommodation superbly located to the Excel Exhibition Center.
    The property comprises two generous double bedrooms, an ultra-modern open-plan kitchen reception room and two luxurious bathrooms. The TERRACE is by far the best FEATURE. It runs the entire length of the apartment and is accessible by all the principle rooms. The views it affords are absolutely STUNNING! In terms of transport the (DLR) at Royal Victoria station is located just behind the complex. The service runs from 5am to 12am Mon- Sun. Direct access via DLR to popular East London areas (Tower Bridge, Tower of London & Shoreditch) as well as Central London (Westminster, Bank Street & Buckingham Palace). Also easy access to Stratford Westfield’s Shopping Ctr. And Olympic Park. The apartment also lends itself to a wide assortment of dockside bars, bistros and local amenities. My favourite being the Emirates Cable Car. It soars hundreds of feet across the Thames to the 02 Arena where you'll find a wider selection of restaurants and family entertainment.

  • The home is located in a great location and was next to a tube. Travel in any direction was not an issue. Chief complaints were the lack of air conditioning and rooftop access were not available as advertised in the listing. However the host did provide fans. Overall I was pleased with the apartment, it was tidy and served its purpose quite well. The host was great and responded to emails or calls extremely quick. I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting the London area.

  • We reached the apartment during a heat wave in London and the place was extremely hot during the day. As stated in other reviews this apartment does not have AC like most apartments in London. This is not truly a necessity , unless you get unusually warm days like we did. Good news is that the hosts were super and in less than 24 hours we had a portable AC in the apartment. They were always quick to answer the messages. The apartment has a modern decor and is located in the 16th floor with awesome news. I attended a meeting at the Excel and it is only 2 blocks away. Immediately across you can get into the Emirates cable car and cross the river to the O2 and North Greenwitch underground station. Or use the Victoria docks DLR 1 block behind the building and connect to the underground system at the Canning town station. Very convenient! Also, there is a supermarket right beside the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

  • The best part of this apartment is the view from the balcony- absolutely amazing!! You can see the water and the o2 stadium.We went to a concert at the o2 and got the emirates cable cars across the water on the way there which was really nice! The apartment is a decent size for London and is in a great little area right next to the Royal Victoria Docks tube station which is super handy. The apartment also has an air conditioning unit in the living room which was a very welcome addition :)

  • I enjoy very much stayed at Emily's Apartment. Her apartment is really a good one, clean and manage well. It has wide open area, facing to Emirates Cable Car. Also, I think this is another advantage of BnB : to get frienship. We(me and my wife) are happy to meet Emilly, she is a good lady. She welcome us warmly, especially, in this cold London (especially for me that come from tropical area). We also have chance to spent time together, cooking together. I recommend anybody who need a room in London can use her property.

    Welcome to my page! My place is conveniently located in London to all major train stations and city attractions. It is a perfect, clean, minimalist, clutter-free flat has everything you need for leisure or business trip to London. In 20 mins you get to: Tower Hill,Canary Wharf, London Bridge,Bank,Waterloo. 2 mins walk away - ExCel centre. There are Italian, Pan European, Lebanese, Thai, Chinese restaurants minutes walk away. Tesco store is downstairs, also Nisa is a minute away.
    The flat is clean, bright, neat, clutter free - that keeps my mind well organised. I really love retro Skandi style.

I purchased a travel card, which allowed me to travel from the flat to the Excel center very quickly and easily, and I could also pop into central London to explore. Her flat is very clean and comfortable, and it was great to have the Tesco around the corner to buy groceries at. I would not hesitate to book it again.

  • Firstly I should say Maria is the most welcoming host I’ve yet to meet and I’ve met quite a few! She made a point of greeting me personally, met me at the DLR station and escorted me to get apartment, and was very flexible about check in (and check out) time and spent a long time making sure I was aware of how everything worked and where everything was. Im sure she will soon be an ‘elite host’! This is her own place but she had cleared out plenty of storage space, hangers etc for my use and was happy for me to use her cooking spices, tea coffee etc etc. She also provided water, biscuits, cereal milk, eggs and fruit in case I didn’t have time to pick up breakfast on the way in. Maria was also willing to meet up with my usual (also excellent) host Emily before and after my visit to exchange the bag I keep in London. Her apartment is actually nicer and more spacious than it looks in the pictures, clean, cosy - easy to use Netflix on the TV, a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Very good value for money! Location is perfect - only 1 minute walk from the dlr station (visible from living room window) - a few stops from the cinema and nightlife at West India Quay - one stop from Canning Town and the fast jubilee line to central London and historic Greenwich. Taking the alternate exit to the building there is a slightly upmarket late night opening Tesco’s supermarket next to the entrance with a good range of stuff, a few nearby bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk away the emirates airline cable car - a scenic route to the O2 complex with cinema, clubs, a wide range of eateries and bars. Recommend doing this st disc as the views are wonderful. Overall an excellent place to stay - I will certainly stay with Maria whenever Emily can’t put me up!

Local amenities are within walking distance such as Tesco Express, Fratellis, a very nice coffee shop, and various eating establishments. The apartment was modern, clean and perfect for a couple of night's stay, however, if you wish to access parking, the gym and other advertised facilities it would be worth contacting Joanna before you travel to let her know. A blow up bed was provided in the lounge and not a sofa bed as advertised but this was very comfortable. Check in and out was done by Gabriel who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Communication with both Joanna and Gabriel was easy with both responding to queries quickly.

  • We did not end up staying at our chosen location as the previous occupant had been taken into hospital. Jo found us another apartment, unfortunately it was in a more rundown area. The apartment was recently refurbished (according to Jo) and it was clean and in very good condition. However it wasn't very well equipped. There were no bulbs in the bedside lights, only wine glasses no other glassware. No tin opener/bottle opener. We were also not provided with toilet roll or kitchen towel. There were no tea towels either. Also the parking permit we were provided with was a copy which meant that we awoke one morning to find a parking ticket on the car. I notified Jo and she said they would appeal, but I didn't need the aggravation. A pleasant stay, but let down on quite a few details

Therefore had a wait a short time outside apartment before host arrived. Very good location, not far from Victoria or the o2 which was what we needed. Two sleeping in double bedroom comfortably however the 2 in the lounge area had air beds to sleep on. Relatively comfy however not a great nights sleep. The apartment was great for what we needed and for the 1 night. Thanks to hosts for a stay in a clean and tidy apartment and pleasant welcome.

  • Wouldnt reccommend. Never stayed in the apartment. Booked a 4 night stay for 4 people 6 months in advance only to be told the day before were due to arrive that we had no place to stay. For 2 nights we were moved 20 minutes away from where we needed to be and for the other 2 nights i had to pay £447 for a hotel for the 4 of us which i was told would be reimbursed the following tuesday. 2 weeks later i have still not seen any money. I also have a parking fine from the car park we were told to park in. Caused alot of stress and alot of tears. Im still trying to sort things out 2 weeks after my stay. Very unfair. Id have been better off staying at home. Weekend ruined and £447 out of pocket. Not worth the stress.

Pero la habitación donde nos hospedamos era la del dueño y no se podían utilizar ni armarios ni cajones para meter nada. Además el dueño pretendía que fueramos nosotros los que nos ocupásemos de la limpieza y de cambiar las sábanas y toallas para el próximo huésped, por supuesto, hasta ahí podíamos llegar. Se cae de su peso que ese detalle demuestra una falta de profesionalidad. Por lo demás, el alojamiento estaba bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta que Londres no se caracteriza por ofrecer alojamientos de buena calidad/precio.

    Beautiful modern penthouse apartment perfectly located a few minutes walk from the Excel exhibition center. The bedroom comes with a private bathroom and the balcony can be accessed directly from bedroom with AMAZING panoramic city and river views. There is paid parking in the neighbouring buildings, Perfect for visiting the ExCel. Nearby is Canary Wharf & the O2 arena. Supermarket on site, train station next to the building with easy access to the city and Stratford Westfield.
    Lovely comfortable double bed in a beautiful high floor apartment. The bedroom is a good size and has stunning views from the balcony which can be accessed directly from your room. The apartment has underfloor heating and all glass is triple glazed to stop any loud noise from the airport nearby. If it gets too warm I have placed a tower fan in the room also. The bathroom is large and comes with a shower and bathtub. Heated towel rails and some toiletries if you need them. The living room has panoramic city views with a wrap around balcony! Absolutely stunning views of the city night and day. There is a lift in the building to access the apartment. There is also a coffee shop next door and numerous restaurants a short walk away, including Thai , Italian , Indian , Lebanese and cafes for breakfast. You can also catch the river taxi which takes you on a scenic route on the river Thames to great tourist spots in London including Tower bridge , Big Ben and the London eye. The Emirates cable car river crossing is just outside that takes you to Greenwich with views of the whole city when you travel on this. Great location overall.

The apartment is very well located, DLR train every 10 minutes into central London and only a minute walk from the apartment. He put up with my numerous queries because I couldn't understand the thermostat settings & had questions about almost everything. I felt guilty peppering him with questions but Ian was very helping and understanding The flat itself was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped and there are more than enough changes of towels and linen. All the appliances worked. Wifi is fast. There is a shared garden which the living room overlooks. provides a nice setting to open the doors on a sunny day and enjoy a cuppa. The location is perfect if you are attending an event at the Excel or have business at Canary Wharf. Excel has a gigantic courtyard. The flat is located practically on the edge of Excel's courtyard. Canary wharf is a short 10mins drive. If you need groceries, You have a choice to shop from a local to the left and a Tesco express to the right. The Local tube/DLR is a short walk away. We did enjoy walking along the riverside on sunny afternoons. A short walk to the Emirates cable car connects you to the O2 and Greenwich. We enjoyed Ian's hospitality & the local neighbourhood. Will always recommend a stay here.

    Beautiful, cozy, warm and comfortable lodge room in my back garden, in a private closed square 10 min walking from Royal Victoria station on DLR, 14 min. walking to West entrance of London Excel and 12 min. to Emirates Cable Car where one can cross the Thames towards O2 Arena. From my house you walk towards Royal Victoria Station, cross the station bridge to the other side and you will be in the Royal Docks where Excel is. Only hosting business people over 25+ of age. Car park available.
    This room is in my back garden, entrance from the main door house. Shared bath room and toilet room. You will be able to use the kitchen even not offering breakfast you can store your meals in my fridge. Also you can enjoy my open area in my back garden, where smokers can use as they please. Royal Victoria Docks is 10 minutes walking from my house and is a live place with many restaurants and beautiful view to the river and docks. We have a friendly dog a Pomeranian called Teddy, so if you are allergic or afraid of dogs here is not a good place as he is very affectionate.

  • I really enjoyed staying at Sara’s. The flat is in an excellent location with all the amenities you can ask for. The flat is clean and spacious with a sleek kitchen and excellent views. The room was large and had an extremely comfortable bed. Large tv to watch you favorite shows and plenty of storage space for your things. The bathroom was a good size and a good shower. Sara was quick to respond to my initial message and continued to see if I was ok and needed anything during my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to London.

    Lovely clean master bedroom 3 minutes away from the Excel Exhibition Center and Crystal Center. And it is only 20 min from central London
    My flat is situated in the heart of the Royal Docks, the last to close from the complex of Docks from the Thames River. It is an historical part of the support to the trade for the British empire with ships coming from all over the world. It's such a great part of British history here. Today, this has of course ceased but the place had been reinventing itself into a very well put urban development where the main pool of attraction is The Excel Centre, the only cable car of London and the proximity of the airport makes it very desirable. The area is mainly animated during day time but is rather quite at night. There is few bars restaurant and breakfast places ( British, libanese, Thai, Italian ect ) a stone away from my flat. A grocery shop is open every single day from 7am until 11 pm just next door. Very convenient! Royal Victoria Dock station is just by my building. 30 second walk! This place is wonderfully linked: - The ExCel Exhibition Center ( 2 min walk) - London City Airport ( 15 min on the DLR ) - Canary Wharf ( 10min on the Tube ) - Oxford Circus / Bond Street ( 25 min on the Tube ) Activities: The cable car that goes straight to the O2 is right downstairs, by the flat Water sport activities are plenty on the dock itself

  • This is very conveniently located if you are visiting the ExCel and is about 1/3rd the price of a hotel. But note that you are just renting a room, nothing special - essentially a bed, storage and Wifi. It is a large room, 5th floor and is quiet, so if all you want to do is sleep before or after going to Excel then it is perfect. There is no access to shared areas - i.e. a kitchen for coffee (you can buy a Costa from Tesco next door) and if you are a business person then make sure you iron your clothes before arriving as there is also no access to an iron.

Underground and bus station was only about 5min walk. Peter as a host was very thoughtful, answered all messages quickly and directed us efficiently. On arrival Peter spent some of his time to talk to us and suggested some other ways to get to where we wanted to in town and there were details in the room we really appreciated, I especially liked the scent in the room, it made me feel at home!

  • We stayed here whilst working at the Excel for a long weekend. It’s the perfect location with just a 5 minute walk up the roads and you’re there. It’s great that there’s a Tesco right nearby so you can stock up on food easily, plus really close to the train station. The place itself was perfect. Had all the mod cons, comfy beds and everything else you could need. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Room does not correspond to the photos, there is no wardrobe, only a bed, not even a coat hang... host only provided keys for the apartment, no key for the main entrance of the building so every time that had to go in had to wait for someone to go in or out the building. Host used the "private" bathroom while was out, left his towels to dry on the towel rail on top of the one I was using... have some suspects that he also used the "private" shower as the shower position was not on the same position I had left.

  • Rafael is a really cool, friendly and relaxed guy. He is accommodating, flexible and helpful. The flat is really nice and has fantastic views. Airbnb guests use an allright sized bedroom, your own bathroom and may use the living room and kitchen if you want. It didn't bother me that the bedroom couldn't be locked. The location is excellent, especially for those with business in the Dockland area. I would highly recommend the place and will certainly consider coming back on another occasion.

  • Emily was a great host! We had a perfect time together in her wonderful penthouse appartement. The view from the terrace is terrific, I just didn`t want to leave it and enjoyed some of my dinners out there... The location of the penthouse appartement was perfect for my perposes, as I attended a conference at the Excel (1 min walk away!!). The proximity to the London City Airport is even greater. Getting from the penthouse to London City and the sightseeings is absolutely no problem - there is just a DLR station around the corner where you can jump on a train every few minutes. In the beginning I stayed in a smaller room as on the pictures, which was indeed small but no problem for me. But I could change into the bigger room on the second day - and that was really as comfortable as in one of these luxury hotels. By the way - some of my collegues stayed in an hotel across the street and complained a lot about "too little space". I definitely made the better catch with Emily`s penthouse than they did with their hotel! A big room, large terrace with a terrific view, large bath room made of stone, towels and cleanlyness like in a hotel. And - a supermarket immediately downstairs in the same building. I would definite stay there again, if I was busy in that area (Excel, Greenwich, O2-Arena-Area etc...). So thank you Emily for this Airbnb-Experience!

The cleanliness of the flat is maintained daily, and the roof terrace has got the best view of London both during the day and at night! Its less than 5 min away from the Royal Victoria tube station for easy access across the whole of London. Emily herself is a wonderful host, who's reputation exceeds a 5 star rating!!     Cool, Modern Victorian East London A smart ensuite double room available in cool modern spacious Victorian semi near Excel and West Silvertown DLR. 10 minutes to Canary Wharf, 10 minutes to Stratford, 25 minutes to Bond Street. Ideal for London City Airport (2 stops away), Emirates cable car 10 minutes. The room has a private shower room and WC, double bed, fresh linen, towels, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, central heating. A smart, clean, fresh and comfortable base for your stay in London. La habitación era perfecta, con un montón de espacio en los armarios para poner mi ropa durante cinco días, baño privado y una cama muy cómoda. Me alojé allí durante el World Travel Market, así que estaba muy bien situado, apenas 10 minutos andando desde su lugar. They were both amazing, easy to be around, Michelle showed us around, and is was so easy just to feel like home and be yourself. The room is homely, cosy, clean and with a modern ensuite shower room. Tim and Michelle could not be more welcoming and it was lovely to have a cup of tea and chat with them in the evenings. Definitely would recommend over the soulless, overpriced hotels that surround Excel.

Location wise : - The property is just 5 minutes walk from EXCEL Exhibition Centre, - 7 minutes away from Canary Wharf-City Centre with many shops, restaurants and bars- by Docklands Light Railway and less than half an hour from Central London by Jubilee Line. Very convenient public transport. - The nearest DLR station is only a minute away from the house. - London O2 Arena is only 2 stops away (less then 7 minutes) and already reachable by a special cable lift, it looks really attractive! This is truly a quite and safe area of London. There is a beautiful lake very close by ideal for walks, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance of the property ! There is a lovely rear garden to relax when sunny, and where smokers can have a cigarette.

    Welcome to my home! My modern 2 bedroom apartment is designed to be super stylish, yet inviting and comfortable. Located in popular Docklands, you’re also within easy reach of Central London. The nearest DLR station Royal Victoria is only 3 minutes walk away, and connects you to the Jubilee Line. With beautiful wood floor and sleek furnishings, my place is perfect for those who love a modern aesthetic, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay!
    My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, with beautifully minimalist contemporary decor and a super calm feel. It’s the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring. Great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! Natural light flows through the living area, making it bright and airy. Surrounded by large windows, the room has a large, comfy sofa, and flat screen TV, so you can make yourself at home. Unfortunately the balcony cannot be used for safety reasons. There is also a double sofa bed to accommodate more guests! The open plan space includes a dining table that seats 6 so you can enjoy a meal with family or friends. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal, or cook up a storm, in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a complimentary welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones! In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable double bed, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. The contemporary design of the room includes an en suite bathroom so don’t have to worry about queuing! The second bedroom is wonderful and bright with a lovely double bed and plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase. Freshen up in the modern bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with the luxurious walk-in shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
    Royal Docks in East London is the beating heart of panoramic views over the water. The area is best known for the cluster of tall buildings that make up the modern centre of London. In line of sight, Canary Wharf and The O2 Arena highlights the amazing architecture in London. Visit the water front and enjoy the perfect afternoon strolling along whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the eclectic London architecture, with buildings both new and old. One great tip for height lovers, The Emirates Air Line cable car cannot be missed during any visit where it oversees the beautiful water front! Alternatively you can board a Thames Clipper boat from the docks and tour the capital by river. The Museum of London Docklands sits close to the highrises and charts the history of the dockland area and the people of East London throughout the centuries. Once a thriving working place, the water's purpose is less industrial and more recreational now with the Royal Victoria Water sports Centre the place to go for sailing and canoeing activities. In the Royal Docks, is a great authentic Italian with a great selection on their a la carte menu. Meydan Sofrasi serves up tasty Turkish dishes and La Barrique is the place to go for a great wine list and cafe food.

    Private room in private development. Short walk to Excel Exhibition Center, Emirates Cable Car. Train to Canary Wharf and Central London.
    Small double room in a nice private Britannia Village development. Flat is located on the second floor (no lift). It is a 2 bedroom place with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In your room you have a queen bed, wardrobe and a desk if you need to work.
    It is a peaceful neighborhood near the river Thames in east London. You're a couple of minutes from the Emirates Air Line, which is a cable car over the river.It will take you to the O2 in 15 minutes. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a dining and arts facility on the peninsula. You can get there in less than 20 minutes on the DLR. Within 10 min walk is London Royal Docks Open Water Swimming. It's not free, but at least you can take a dip in the water on a hot summer day. You'll also find a few wonderful cocktail lounges, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

  • I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The location is great if you happen to be in town because of an event at ExCeL, and there's a light rail station close by for easy access to the tube system. Semi is a great host, friendly and welcoming while still giving you space if you need it. The apartment is very clean, cosy, and well appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
