The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. The soft sands are within 10 mins. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk).
