Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with high end fixtures, glass, tile and quartzite countertops. 1800s Victorian cast iron coat hanger at the top of the stairs to hang your coat! There is plenty of street parking available, with a Starbucks and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away.
