Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Comfortable studio condo offers a king size bed, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. With recent updates such as new paint/carpet throughout, new furnishings, and blackout curtains this condo will make you feel at home. The hot tubs and laundry room are on the first floor. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Guests can purchase water park passes online but they are not included in the rental price. Permit 19-09

Rare at Morningstar Lodge is the combo of 2 adjoining suites with 2 full bedrooms and baths giving more privacy to family or friends staying together. Recently remodeled with new appliances, decor, bedding and furnishings, you will feel pampered and at home in our condo. The gondola, waterpark and all Morningstar amenities are a few short steps away. Lastly, watch the sun rise and set from the mountain/southern facing balcony which gazes upon the gondola making its way up to the summit.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Welcome to your condo next to the Coeur d'Alene River! Walking distance to the Coeur d'Alene River and a short 6 minute drive to Silver Mountain Ski Resort! The famous Hill Top Bar and historical Snake Pit are 2 minutes away as well! This is the perfect location for floating the river, fly fishing, hiking the Trail of Coeur d'Alene, and mountain biking on Silver Mountain. Welcome to the Adventure Inn-located at Silver Mt. Lodge. This beautiful third floor condo will make you relax. Enjoy beautiful views from the balcony. You will find many shared areas with wonderful gas fire pits, picnic tables, playground equipment and an exercise room. Hot tubs are located throughout the resort -the top floor is our favorite. Ski, swim, sled, hike, make memories for a lifetime. Purchase gondola and water park tickets separately. Walk out your door to adventure.

Summer paradise! Enjoy (rare) all-day sunshine at this A-frame cabin. Situated in an exclusive bay, this lakefront cabin has a large private dock and clean, deep water (no swamp/seaweed). This stylish mid-century cabin has a large flat lot surrounded by tall pine trees and local deer. The BIG panoramic lake view faces the sunset, for golden evenings on the deck or around the fire pit.
