Nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina climatizada y acceso directo a la playa. Situado en el centro, cerca de restaurantes, boutiques y a un corto trayecto en coche de la avenida Flagler. Tenemos todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en la playa, así que no tienes que preocuparte de qué traer. ¡Estamos deseando darte la bienvenida al Colony Beach Club!

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.
