The Annex at The Coach House

Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.
