La torre de agua les invita a descubrir su historia de más de 100 años. El edificio se ha rehabilitado con mucha sensibilidad manteniendo al máximo el caracter de la torre. Se han implantado zonas para dormir jugando con la forma redonda y los espacios abiertos. La planta baja se ha convertido en una aplia cocina acojedora bajo la boveda de ladrillos. Mientras arriba en el antiguo tanque de agua se encuentra ahora un salón con vistas al bosque. Arriba del todo puede subirse a la azotea debajo del esqueleto del antiguo tejado.

In questo spazio romantico: una torre di sei piani, tutta esclusivamente a vostra disposizione, sembrerà di sognare! Un’antica Torre Idrica degli inizi del 1900, poi convertita in una deliziosa abitazione. Strutturata su sei piani, ognuno caratterizzato per il suo stile. E' composta da un soggiorno, cucina, due camere da letto, due bagni e una terrazza che affaccia da cui si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato. Molto facilmente, parcheggio gratuito in strada. Bus diretto per fermata metro.

The Dazio's little house

La "Casina del Dazio" è conosciuta in tutto in quartiere di Porta Sant'Angelo in quanto piccolo edificio storico che un tempo ospitava la casa del daziere all'ingresso della città. Divenuta poi edificio comunale fatiscente è stata oggi ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è strategica in quanto si trova in una delle zone più belle di Perugia, antistante al famoso "Tempietto". Dall'edificio è possibile raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i principali punti di interesse.

Bo i ett unikt boende i ett lugnt hörn av vackra Österlen. Njut av lugnet och enskildheten vid ån som rinner förbi denna unika byggnad. Brandstationen som byggdes 1930 renoverades fullständig till drömboende 2018 och har sedan dess inte bara tjänat som fritidshus utan har också varit med i både Svensk och Tysk TV samt massor av tidningsreportage. Här bor upp till 8 personer bekvämt med allt man behöver. Närhet till stränder och mysiga byar ingår.
