You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.

Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto located on a canal. It is homely, tastefully furnished with artworks and antiques including modern facilities such as AC. The palazzetto is also lived in by the owner who is happy to share the common parts of the house with guests. Kitchen facilites are not included. A private double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for one or two guests. Self service breakfast is provided daily from 8.30am. Guests are welcome to use also a salon and courtyard garden.

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.
