A full walkout basement with lots of lighting! In the bedroom it can get dark enough for you to sleep in or you can let the sun shine through the blinds. There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Decorated with items that show our love for ETSU, Johnson City and travel, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed. Guests can also enjoy the quiet backyard and patio for a bit of fresh mountain air and relaxation! Great for families!

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
