There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium. If you would rather head downtown, check out the local shops and restaurants. So many great outdoor and indoor attractions just minutes away!

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
