The mornings are filled with song birds singing their morning hymn's with plenty of country roads to either take a bike ride or just a quit walk, later enjoy the fire pit that can be used to either BBQ or just enjoy the calmness of the evening. Lily’s cottage is just 25 minutes from eagle point ski resort, and within 10-25 mins of lakes and fishing

**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Mystic Manor 4 Bed Farm House walk to hotsprings

This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Wildland Gardens House w/Hot Tub

The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.

The Adventure House

Welcome to the Adventure house! Nestled at the mouth of Beaver Canyon, overlooking Canyon Breeze golf course. Within walking distance to local amenities such as ATV/ snowmobile trails and tours, equipment rentals and shuttle rides to Eagle Point ski resort. Centrally located home in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful mountains and national parks. We also have some of the best fishing & wildlife around. We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, blender, ninja flip toaster oven/air fryer, and waffle iron.
