The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Stylish 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located within 100 metres of Dunsborough's town centre and the sparkling blue waters of Geographe Bay. Why would you stay anywhere else! The perfect base for couples, friends or singles from which to explore the Margaret River region of WA. Ideal if you are working in the region or visiting to attend a wedding, buses leave within 50 metres of the apartment, near the Pour House Bar & Kitchen or from the Dunsborough Hotel, just a short walk. The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.
