The room is non-air-conditioned but equipped with electric fans for comfort. Guests have access to a basic toilet and bath (no hot and cold shower), high-speed Starlink internet, a garden area, a plunge pool, and a pickleball court for leisure and recreation.

You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
