Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. The Jetty Cozy Cottage is located on a small dead end residential street on wetland habitat. It's only a block to a semi-secluded area of Siletz bay. Relax on the back porch while listening to eagles, great blue herons and beautiful song birds. Dig for dinner in the bay for delicious clams. Have a beer overlooking the bay from Pelican Brewery, only a block away. Relax around the fire-pit after a day of adventures roasting marshmallows. And you are just a short drive to many local attractions!

The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

'Buoy Wonder' is what we call this premium suite oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a California king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
