"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Only one hour drive from Belgrade, this house offers you joyful time in beautiful nature surrounding, well arranged yard and unique, stylish interior. This cozy house offers you two bedrooms with king size beds, sofa in the living room, enough for five adults. Vila Dijana is located underneath Mount Avala, just 25 minutes from the city center. Villa is situated on an acre of land rich in trees and greenery and offers total privacy. You’ll spend warmer days unwinding by the pool, soaking in the incredible scenery surrounding you. If the temperature outside is suboptimal, we suggest warming up in the jacuzzi or sauna in the spa center. After experiencing the incredible sunset from the upper terrace, gather around the fire-pit and enjoy the stars.

Forest Paradise je skladno i maštovito imanje koje svoju estetiku otkriva od samog ulaza u dvorište. Kada su u pitanju atraktivne celine objekta - izdvaja se moderni bazen sa dekorativnim platoom gde se možete opustiti. Poseduje prostranu dnevnu sobu, sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga krevet na sprat. Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je na razvlačenje, pa se tako može adaptirati u još jedan bračni krevet. Ukupan spavaći kapacitet je -6.

Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!
