The best thing about this studio, is the location. When visiting Anchorage, it just does not get much better than this. A king sized bed, a nice big shower, a room darkening blind, a nice size flat screen smart TV, Wifi, and a well equipped kitchen. It is just the perfect size for two people. The building is secure, and very quiet. Sorry, there are no pets (please don’t ask, that just makes it weird) and quiet time is pretty important to the neighbors, but everybody gets a good night's sleep.

Apartment offers a peaceful stay & lovely views. 1st level of eye-catching architectural house in an established safe residential neighborhood of lovely homes. Quick access: Coastal Trail/Westchester, downtown, midtown, airport, seaplane base & Minnesota Dr. Renovation completed April 2025, this is little retreat will not disappoint.

This ground apartment is an ideal location in downtown Anchorage near restaurants, art galleries, trails. This apartment has a large bedroom with a king sized bed. The living room has a very nice sofa queen bed that will accomodate two people. I am a 5 star superhost.
