This beautiful cottage is situated in an idyllic location; listen to the gurgling river as you sit on the decking or drift off to sleep. One minute's walk away over a Victorian swing bridge is an enchanting pebble beach. Here you may see seals, dolphins, salmon, and plenty of seabirds depending on the season. Ideally placed for the North Coast 500, this modernised cottage is warm and cosy with central heating and hot water provided by a biomass boiler, and a wood burning stove for cooler nights.

Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

Cosy fisherman cottage in seaside village

A cosy mid-terraced fishermans cottage, now with a wood burner, located only 1 minute walking distance to the gorgeous Shandwick beach. Ideal for a peaceful seaside holiday retreat. Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. Logs: we provide a bag of logs for each stay per week.If you require extra logs, I can provide contact details of logs providers locally. Well behaved (not too large) dogs also welcome.

Highland River Cottage with Hot Tub

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in the South Loch Ness area only minutes from the local village of Dores and only 10 miles from the City of Inverness, ideal for exploring the Highlands. The garden and immediate area is rich in plant life and is frequently visited by wildlife and a great variety of birds. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling with fantastic views over Loch Ness. The property has its own private patio and hot tub.

Relax at this unique getaway in the small seaside town of Fortrose. The accommodation has its own private balcony and boasts stunning views of Fortrose harbour and across the Moray Firth. Chanonry Point, the best place for dolphin watching in Britain, is only a 20 min walk. Close to the popular NC500 route, it is ideal for a romantic break for two. The wood burning stove will keep you cosy on colder nights. There is so much to explore in the area, two nights may not be enough!

CTP is adventurous for the kids like a middle earth hobbit house, very relaxing and private for adults/couples retreats, and is now completely secure for your doggy friends. A MAX 4 ADULTS, you will certainly not feel like you're staying in a tiny home.

An ideal location, in one of the most scenic parts of the country, on the NC500 route. A short walk takes you into Brora which boasts a beautiful beach, lovely walks, Links golf course and a host of eateries and shops to enjoy. The Lookout is situated to make the most of the uninterrupted views towards the sea. There is a decked area and an enclosed private garden alongside for your sole use. The East Coast Village that faces West

We welcome you to our guest flat which is attached to our home in Portmahomack. We are a sand dune away from a safe beach and coastal walks where you may be lucky and see otters, seals and some of the Moray Firth dolphins.The village has a golf course with a hospitable clubhouse And a fascinating museum the TARBAT DISCOVERY CENTRE whose website is well worth a look at. The general store has a good choice of foodstuffs which you can cook in our well equipped kitchen.

Cute wee shepherd's hut in a tranquil spot

Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a peaceful orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.
