Lofthouse is a quirky old barn conversion, with an upside down layout. The cottage boasts rustic woodwork throughout, original features, vintage furniture, two beautiful gardens and almost direct access to the most spectacular coast path which leads down to a secluded beach. There are spectacular views up and down the coast from the picture window upstairs and beautiful walks minutes from the front door. With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

This is a self contained cottage which is an extension to a barn conversion. It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. The coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport are within 5 miles of the village. The cottage itself has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.

A charming Studio Cottage for two, transformed from a 500-year-old farm workshop, is nestled on Dinas Island, a 400-acre sheep farm. It’s conveniently located near the beaches of Cwm yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod and just a few hundred yards from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The Old Workshop sits at the heart of the working farm, directly opposite the main farmhouse—a perfect base for exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.

My house is a Victorian villa in the historic village of Dinas in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. I'm just off the main coast road on a private lane. The house is set in a large garden and is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast or the Preseli hills. There is private parking. I'm also on the T5 bus route. There is a village shop and petrol station nearby - and some pubs and cafes not too far away.
