Der alte Brau und Weinkeller wurde ganz neu gestaltet und verfügt über einen eigenen Lichthof der exklusiv genutzt werden kann. Die Raumhöhe als auch das über 200 Jahre alte Kellergewölbe sind sehr besonders. Dennoch verfügt die Unterkunft über die neuste Gebäudetechnik. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Englische Garten, die Universität, Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es liegt in Schwabing und ist somit im zentralen Mittelpunkt des Münchner Stadtlebens.

Herzlich Willkommen, wir freuen uns auf euch! Ein kleines Stück "Zuhause" wartet auf euch. Das App. hat separaten Eingang, Küche, Bad mit Dusche:WC, kleiner Terrasse. Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
