Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. We are very close to train and highway, noise is heard from living room, but very limited from bedroom.
