Μπροστά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Πίσω υπάρχει μικρός ελαιώνας με άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης, μπάρπεκιου και μικρός λαχανόκηπος που όλα το προιόντα του προσφέρονται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες. Ο χώρος είναι μοναδικός, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση και ήρεμες διακοπές.

Η Villa Felitsa βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του γραφικού οικισμού Κόττες, μπροστά στη θάλασσα και απέχει 5 Km από το Τρίκερι. Το ψαράδικο λιμανάκι με τα μικρά σπιτάκια χτισμένα γύρω από αυτό συνθέτουν ένα πανέμορφο σκηνικό. Τόσο οι Κόττες όσο και η γύρω περιοχή αποτελούν ένα ιδανικό μέρος για ξέγνοιαστες και ονειρεμένες διακοπές. Στο λιμανάκι λειτουργούν ψαροταβέρνες που προσφέρουν τσίπουρο, λαχταριστούς μεζέδες και αφθονο φρέσκο ψάρι από τους ντόπιους ψαράδες.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
