A small stone residence in the village of Armeni in the northeast of the prefecture of Chania and only 2.5 km from the seaside village of Kalyves, just 10 km from the port of Souda and 20 km from the airport, and 2 minutes from the center of the picturesque village. The location of the residence offers the guest tranquility and moments of unique relaxation. Wonderful landscapes with trees surround the exterior of the house, in a lush natural environment.

Captain Nikolas

The house was built in 1917 by Nikolaos Lagoudakis. It was the summer home of the family and offered hospitality to many visitors for many years. The house was used for rural activities, such as the harvest of the olive tree, the threshing of the grain (there is also the threshing floor of this season), fishing and diving in the sea. It was fully rebuilt to 2017 with ecological awareness to meet as much as possible the needs of visitors
