Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Our newly renovated holiday 45m2 apartment is stylish, minimal yet cozy to make you feel right at home. A haven of white and palest grey, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day. Our private 100m2 terrace will give you all the serenity and tranquility you need when on vacation by enjoying the stunning view of Vouliagmeni's Bay. Close to beaches, ski school, tennis court, basketball court, hotels, restaurants, forest, parks, 30' from Athens Centre, 30' from Athens Airport.

The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

The BYZANTINE CHAPEL COTTAGE is a truly romantic hideaway. Enjoy complete and total privacy with exceptional sea views and starry nights from your private terrace. Ermina's House ΙΙ is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families as all the facilities, like free wifi and TV are offered. Ermina's house II consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

Hydra port apartments - Balcony

The 35 m² apartment on the first-floor with its own entrance was completely renovated recently. It has easy access without steps, as it is right on the harbor, next to the bakery, the cafes,the restaurants, the banks and the main market of the island. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Rooms: Separate bedroom with double bed and balcony facing the harbor of the island, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
