Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.
