Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

This 2bed/2bath unit has amenities you need for a day or a week. You're a 10 minute drive to the beach, 35 minutes to Myrtle Beach, and an hour south to Charleston. The local culinary scene provides some of the freshest seafood in the country, awesome southern dishes, and there’s always southern BBQ! *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Spacious family home in Debordieu! Perfect for a beach vacation or family reunion. Incredible porch with unobstructed views to North Inlet overlooking wildlife pond. Cooking equipment includes Big Green Egg, oyster steamer, propane grill, and commercial ice maker. Plenty of parking available for your group. All rentals come with linens delivered to the house on the day of your arrival. Golf cart not included. Club access available but not included.

This home is a comfortable and inviting place to spend your time when not exploring the waterfront, great restaurants, or whatever is bringing you to this beautiful historical city. You can also enjoy our closest beach located in Pawley's Island or even take a day trip to Charleston.

Pawleys Creekside Cottage

Leave the big city stress behind and come relax in charming Pawleys Island, SC. Located directly across the creek from Pawleys Island, our cottage is the perfect location for your getaway. It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!

The Loft at Indigo

The Loft at Indigo is a one bedroom apartment at the center of Historic Downtown Georgetown South Carolina. Downstairs from the apartment are many restaurants, shops and a Bakery. It is a newly renovated space in a building built in 1843 just off the boardwalk and by the historic clock tower. The apartment has a view of Front Street and the historic Strand Theater.

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (what one may call a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you!

Peaceful Pawleys Plantation Getaway

Located in the beautiful and peaceful Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a lovely renovated second floor unit directly across from the community pool. It’s a short drive to the pristine beaches of Pawleys Island as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops. Motor homes and motorcycles are not permitted.
