Walkable, Cozy Duplex Home near Five Points

Our newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath space is part of our duplex home. We use it as the office during the week but have decided to let others enjoy it on the weekends. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as dining area, and the living room couch pulls out into a bed with a super-comfy memory foam mattress (so we can sleep 4 if necessary). Anything in the house, although we do use most of the closet space for storage and might have a few food items in the fridge/freezer. If this is a problem, just let us know and we will get them out of your way. We also have board games for all different interest levels that you're free to use. We live in the larger part of the duplex so are available as needed, but you also have as much privacy as you want. I should note that we have 3 children, so you might hear the pitter patter of little feet, but the walls between the two sides are thick enough to mute most sound. Located near many points of interest, such as Mas Tacos and the Pharmacy, as well as Five Points, Nissan Stadium, and Downtown, this home is on a street busy enough to be close to everything but quiet enough to walk peacefully to many attractions. A hip and thriving neighborhood, East Nashville has music venues and boutiques to explore, with loads of great restaurants within walking distance. Walk/bike/uber/lyft are all great options! We can't guarantee it without your notice, but if you let us know ahead of time, we can usually reserve a pack n play for a baby. Our home is nestled on 2 acres in the Cedar Glade Natural area beside Percy Priest Lake, just 8 miles from the airport. Enjoy all downtown Nashville has to offer (13 miles away) then come home, sit back relax in the serene setting on the patio, gazebo or inside our cozy suite.

A fantastic park with a lighted trail is only one block away or stroll down main street for local shops. Get the small town, country feel, while having close access to all things Nashville! We are located nearly 2 mi from the interstate(65), 12mi to Downtown Nashville, 20mi to BNA(airport), less than 10mi to Hendersonville and Whites Creek!

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
